Each event is a little different, so please call or e-mail us for an exact quote.
- Rates are determined by location, type and length of event and vehicle chosen.
- Our base rate includes one hour of service, with each additional hour priced at $50 per hour.
- Rates listed are for the Bitterroot Valley and Ravalli County, with us coming to your location.
- Hay wagon rides are also available from our home base in Victor and are the most economic way to treat your party to a wagon ride!
- Higher base rates apply for events in the Missoula areas and beyond.
Hay Wagon Rates
Hay Wagon #1:
This rustic wagon can accommodate 10 adults and its coil springs provide a smooth ride even on bumpy terrain. It is stained brown and Jasmin green and is great for commercial and private events and fund raisers. It has lights and can be used for night events.

for up to 2 hrs.
Hay Wagon #2:
Our second hay wagon is a colorful brown and burgundy and can accommodate 8 – 10 adults. Its 5th wheel steering has a tight turning radius for tight spaces and is great for all commercial and private events and weddings. It has lights and can be used for night events.
Cart:
Base rate is $175 and up
$30 for each additional hour
Economy rate from home base $100 for up to 2 hours.
Perfect for that very small event, our white and burgundy easy entry cart is available with a single horse. The bench seat can seat a driver and 1 – 2 adults.
Bob Sled:
Please contact us for a quote.
This 12’ bob sled can seat 8 – 10 passengers. It’s low to the ground and offers easy back entry. As all sleds and sleighs, it will need a certain amount of packed snow to glide on.
